Visual Poetry and Typography

I explored different typographic systems in Latin and Arabic.

The first project consisted of taking my arabic initials in diffrent arabic scripts and merging them in a logo shape. Then, I was to creat motifs using those logos.

For the second project, I chose the poems كن جميلا (Be Beautiful) by إيليا أبو ماضي (Elia Abu Madi) and Élévation (Elevation) by Charles Baudelaire. I was to manipulate the typography to showcase the meaning of the poems.
